What happens if I’ve already started a payment with Direct Debit?
If a payment has already been initiated for an invoice, the “Pay with Direct Debit” button will no longer be visible. You’ll see the status of the invoice changing to “Payment in progress”. It may take a couple of days for the payment to be processed. As soon as this happened, the status will update to reflect the change.
