Can I buy on differentials?
You can buy on differentials for container-sized contracts.
With differential pricing, the coffee price is linked to the C-market (ICE). The producer sets the differential, which is added to the current market price, so the final coffee price can change as the market moves.
Not all coffees are priced on differentials. Producers can choose to offer their coffees at a fixed price or a market-linked price.
