I need a liftgate for my delivery. How can I request one?

If your delivery location does not have a dock-high loading bay or a forklift capable of unloading freight from a truck, select "Yes" when scheduling a DDP Delivery release.

A liftgate is typically required when:

• Your coffee will be delivered to ground level (e.g. a café or roastery without a loading dock).
• The delivery is to a location with limited unloading facilities, such as a retail shop, commercial units, or a residential address

Your transport quote is based on the delivery requirements you provide. If a liftgate is required but not requested, the carrier will apply additional charges. This may also delay your delivery if the carrier is unable to complete the delivery as booked.
