# Do I receive a pre-shipment sample to cup before my coffee arrives in my roastery?

No. Algrano’s Quality Team manages pre-shipment approval on your behalf to ensure strict quality standards while keeping shipping timelines as fast as possible.

Because we consolidate lots from multiple producers into shared containers, centralizing quality control protects your timeline and coffee quality in two stages:
**Pre-Shipment:** Our team cups and approves pre-shipment samples directly so coffee isn't delayed on the dock waiting for individual approvals.
**Arrival:** Once the container lands in Europe or the US, our team cups arrival samples to confirm quality consistency before the coffee is officially released to your roastery.
