How can I talk to the farmer?

You can use Algrano's direct messaging to contact producers directly.

You need to be signed in to connect to a grower.

First, you need to go to the grower profile using one of the following routes:
1. In the main menu, click on 'Growers' then search for the grower or farm you want to reach out to. 

2. When looking at a specific coffee lot, scroll down the page until you find the grower/farm information. Click on the producer name and you will end up on the same personal page.

Once you are on the producer's personal page you will find a button on the top right hand corner which says 'message'.

From here you have the option to write a message to the producer. Happy chatting!
