There are multiple cases where a coffee buyer doesn’t have a VAT number. For example if the buyer is an NGO, or if the yearly turnover remains below a certain threshold. The good news is that you will be able to purchase a coffee directly from growers on Algrano. The less good news is that we will be able to deliver the coffee only to one of the three following countries: Germany, Switzerland, or the United Kingdom. Roasters located in one of the three countries won’t experience any complication.
If you are located outside of Germany, Switzerland, or the United Kingdom, we will deliver and declare the coffee in Germany. It will be your responsibility to move the coffee from Germany to your country. The German VAT will be applied.
