How can I talk to the producer?

First, you'll need to navigate to the grower profile using one of the following methods:

1. In the main menu, click on 'Browse for coffee' and select a specific lot. Once there, you will see the “Sold by [producer name]” text under the name of the coffee.
   Click on that name to bring up the producer profile. Once the profile loads, you will see an envelope icon to the right of the name, alongside their social media handles if available. Click the envelope to open the chat.
2. Search the producer name from the main search bar to open their profile, and then follow the steps above.
