How do I find the coffee info about my already contracted lot?
Make sure you are logged in onto the platform and go to 'my orders'.
When you purchased a coffee lot which is not in the warehouse yet:
- click on one of the contracts in the 'Purchased' column
- click on 'view coffee lot'
When your coffee lot has arrived in the warehouse:
- click on one of the contracts in the 'Warehouse' column
- click on 'Full details'
- select the tab 'Coffee and producer info'
- scroll down for more info where you can also click on the coffee lot which brings you to the coffee lot page
