You can send offers to roasters who haven’t signed up on Algrano yet. They’ll receive an email with the offer details and can create an account to review and purchase the coffee. You’ll also see the landed price, shipped to their nearest warehouse.
Step-by-Step Guide
- Go to the Sales Opportunities page and click 'Create Offer'
- Search for the roaster’s name. If they are not registered, click 'Add new roaster'.
- Enter their business details (name, email, and business address).
- Fill in the offer details: quantity, coffee, and optional services like financing. See also https://help.algrano.com/how-to-make-an-fca-offer.
- Send the offer. The roaster will receive an email and can sign up in under 5 minutes to view and purchase your coffee.
