Each release has a fixed Algrano fee as charged by the warehouse to prepare the release. This fee is on us for the first release of each coffee lot! Any additional releases will have a fee detailed in the final section of your offer or contract.
If you’d like to arrange road transport through Algrano, simply select "DDP delivery" when scheduling a release after your coffee becomes available. You’ll see the road transport cost on the page. If the price doesn’t appear, select "request a quote," and our team will get back to you via email once a quote has been activated for this transport.
The costs for road transport are based on a half pallet (5 bags) or a full pallet (10 bags). The actual price will depend on the amount of coffee you release and the distance from the warehouse to your roastery.
Please keep in mind that road transport rates can fluctuate due to transporters and your roastery location, so we can't provide an exact rate upfront. But if you'd like to get a rough estimate, feel free to reach out to us at support@algrano.com.
