How can I estimate the cost of releasing and road transport?
Each release has a fixed Algrano fee charged by the warehouse to prepare the release. This fee is on us for the first release of each coffee lot! Any additional releases will have a fee detailed in the final section of your offer or contract.
If you’d like to arrange road transport through Algrano, simply select “Delivery” when scheduling a release after your coffee becomes available under “At warehouse” in Orders. You’ll see the road transport cost on the page. If the price doesn’t appear, select “Request a quote”, and our team will get back to you by email once a quote is available for this transport.
When requesting a quote, please make sure your delivery address, ZIP code, and state are correct, as the road transport cost is calculated based on the delivery location provided.
The cost of road transport is based on a half pallet (5 bags) or a full pallet (10 bags). The actual price will depend on the amount of coffee you release and the distance from the warehouse to your roastery.
