I received an offer via Coffee Request but the lot isn’t fully available. What can I do?

New offers might not be linked to shared shipments and samples might not be available yet.


When a roaster creates a Coffee Request, sellers have two options: to recommend a lot already listed on the marketplace or to create a new offer, which is shared exclusively with the request owner.

A new lot won’t appear as fully available straight away as the seller has to send samples and inform Algrano of possible shipping dates:

The sellers strive to update the status of each new offer as soon as possible, so don't worry if a requested offer appears as partially available or unavailable on your dashboard. 
If you want to get samples as soon as possible, you can pre-order them immediately.

If you are unsure about the availability of an offer after reading the coffee lot information, the seller will be able to give you precise answers. Please get in touch with the seller first.
