I’m ordering for the first time. Will I pay the same service fee in every order?

Your first order on the platform has a higher fee than your future orders because you don't have a purchase history with Algrano.

The Algrano service fee will decrease the more volume you buy. We apply a volume discount as you go. This is calculated in real time, taking into account the number of bags at checkout. If you increase your order size, the fee per kg/lb will go down straight away.

If you expect to handle substantial volumes through Algrano, this can be factored into your first order. To do that, please get in touch at hello@algrano.com.
