Is there any point in ordering a sample if the The lot's MOQ (minimum order quantity) is too high?

The Minimum Order Quantity is always set by the sellers and it might be more expensive for them to mill and ship a small volume of a given lot.

But most of them are happy to negotiate. If they already sold some of that coffee the MOQ can be reduced for you. If they haven't, it might be just a matter of adjusting the price.
