# What are the “Minimum Future Receivables” listed in my prepayment agreement?

Minimum Future Receivables represents a required contract value threshold—calculated as a multiple of your Specified Amount—that serves as a safety buffer for your advance. The FOB value of your contract should always be above this threshold.

**Why it matters:** If your total contract value drops below this threshold (for example, due to roaster cancellations or reduced order volumes), Algrano reserves the right to cancel the prepayment agreement and request repayment.
