What happens if a roaster cancels a contract before delivery?

Since Algrano prepayments are structured as the purchase of your future receivables rather than a standard loan, material changes like roaster cancellations directly impact your funding terms. If a cancellation causes your receivables to fall below your Minimum Future Receivables threshold, Algrano reserves the right to modify or cancel the prepayment agreement. If the prepayment has already been paid, Algrano has the right to ask you to refund the prepayment.
