Coffee Request is a feature for roasters and producers found on My Algrano. It allows roasters to create a custom request for coffee according to their specific needs. After being reviewed by the Algrano team, such demands are shared with Verified Sellers who meet the basic request criteria.
Roasters can set a deadline to receive offers on the platform, set their desired delivery date and of course, close a request if it's not relevant anymore.
Sellers can answer such requests by suggesting existing offers on the marketplace or by uploading new offers, which may be shared privately with the roaster.
The next step in matchmaking
The feature was developed to ensure roasters can always find what they are looking for, even when the coffee they need isn’t initially listed on Algranos’ marketplace. It also supports coffee producers by giving them equal access to new opportunities and the necessary information to meet the request with the right samples, reducing the waste of time and money for both parties.
