What is a release?
A release is a request to get your contracted coffee from the warehouse to your roastery.
You can release the full contract at once, release just a couple of bags from one contract, or even release several bags from multiple contracts to fill up the pallet that will be transported.
For US-based roasters: A release order is also called a Delivery Order (DO).
