What does FCA mean, and what is included in my contract price?

FCA (Free Carrier) is Algrano’s default Incoterm for all our contract terms. It means the coffee is fully imported, customs-cleared, and ready for pickup at our destination warehouse.

What is included in the base price:

• Transport and freight insurance from origin
• Destination customs clearance
• Warehouse intake and in-housing fees
• Your first free release

Additional costs to budget for (billed separately):

• Road Transport: Delivery from the destination warehouse to your roastery.
• Extended Storage: Free for the first month; billed per kg/day after 30 days.
• Extra Releases: Additional release fees apply if you split your contract into multiple deliveries.
• Financing: Applicable only if you select flexible payment terms at checkout(Payment upon release).
