What is pre-contracting on Algrano?

 Pre-contracting allows you to reserve and commit to purchasing coffee before harvest. Normally, it works like any standard purchase on Algrano, but applies to offers listed under "Upcoming Harvest."

For Roasters: Secures your green coffee supply, origins, and profiles well ahead of the season. For Producers: Provides guaranteed buyers and income predictability before investing in harvest and processing.
