What is the best way to send an offer when I receive a Coffee Request?

There is no right or wrong but knowing what roasters expect always helps...

Many sellers are inclined to write to roasters and introduce themselves and their businesses before making an offer. Though introductions are welcomed, they should always be accompanied by an offer.

Please take note of the deadline provided by roasters on their requests and send offers in a timely manner. Bear in mind that new offers will need to be followed up by new samples and you’ll need more time to close a deal.
