What is the difference between contracted delivery date and forecasted availability date?

• 'Contractual delivery date' refers to the delivery month on your contract. It is fixed and will not change.
• 'Forecasted availability date' is the most accurate prediction of when your coffee will actually be available at your chosen warehouse. Once we have the booking confirmation and ETD (estimated time of departure), we are able to predict this date. Our team will update it if anything unexpected happens.
