What is the status of my shipment?
You can track your orders in two ways.
1. On your "My Orders" page here. On this page, there are four stages of shipment statuses: planned, preparing for export, afloat or landed. For each order, you will see:
- 'Planned shipment period' and the 'ETD' (Estimated Time of Departure).
- The 'Forecasted availability date' which is the estimated date your coffee arrives in the warehouse in Europe.
