When should I send samples for a new offer I made in response to a Coffee Request?

Please wait for the roaster's reply before sending samples of new coffees. If the roaster answers your offer message with interest, send a 500g sample to Algrano’s office in Zurich so we can perform quality control.

If you find that the roaster is taking too long to reply you can write to them again. You can also contact Algrano via email at hello@algrano.com. Our team is constantly monitoring the progress of requests and will be happy to assist.
