# Why is my coffee still at origin?

Coffee may still be at origin due to shipping schedules, export preparations, transport or customs delays, weather conditions, port congestion, limited vessel availability,  or other local disruptions.

A delay at origin does not necessarily mean there is a problem with the coffee. You can check your order status on your[**'My**](https://www.algrano.com/en/my-orders)**[Orders'](https://www.algrano.com/en/my-orders)** page or in the weekly shipment status update email sent every Friday at 12 PM CET.
