How can I track the status of my coffee samples?

Keep track of your samples in real-time! You can check their current status and see exactly how much inventory remains in our lab by visiting the 'Offers' tab. To help you stay updated, each offer will show one of the following statuses

• Not required: Used for private offers or specific spot coffees.

• No sample received: The sample has not yet arrived at our lab for that specific offer.

• In stock: The sample is available. You will see the exact amount remaining (in grams) and a button to download the Lab Quality Report.
