How do I buy the same coffee again next year?
Learn how to plan rebuys to secure the coffees you love!
You can easily schedule a new order of a coffee you already bought on Algrano by using the "Rebuy" feature. By doing this, you secure the coffees you need for the next harvest way ahead of time!
To access the Rebuy feature:
Click on your profile picture/icon at the top right of your page, then click on “Orders” to open the orders page.
From this page, the feature can be found in the “At warehouse” tab for coffee at the warehouse that is almost depleted or in the “Fully delivered” tab for coffee that you have already released fully from the warehouse.
Click on the name of the coffee lot that you want to reorder and select the "Rebuy” button found on the Estimated End Date section, and follow the steps after.
The rebuy function is not contractually binding but an expression of interest. You will still receive approval samples before signing the contract.
Write the volume you need, the delivery month, and the expected quality. You can request the exact same coffee or something similar. Our team receives all rebuy requests and forwards them to producers before the harvest to pre-book your coffee.
