How do I find out more about the coffee or producer?

When logged on the platform and browsing coffees, select one of the coffee lots you are interested in.

When you scroll down you will find information about the coffee, including a map of where it is grown. You can click the name of the producer under the coffee name to open the producer profile; more details will be available under the “About” tab.

On the top right corner of the producer profile, you even have the possibility to connect directly with the seller by opening a chat through the envelope icon and asking them all your questions that you have.

The platform translates your questions directly in the language of the seller, so no language barriers here!
