We need between 5 and 6 weeks to distribute samples and give roasters enough time to cup and contract.
The usual sales period lasts between 5 and 6 weeks from the day you create an offer. The sales window is defined according to the shipment timeline and can be reviewed during the campaign.
However, we highly recommend keeping your listed coffees available for at least 5–6 weeks so Algrano has enough time to distribute samples and roasters have enough time to cup and contract.
After this period, you should mark your offers as ‘Archived’ in your inventory so they can no longer be contracted.
Please remember that all offers are considered firm, and roasters can purchase coffees autonomously on the platform at the listed price.
