Why does the price of coffee change from day to day?

Producers on Algrano determine the prices of their coffees. These prices may be adjusted periodically, or they may be linked directly to the c-market, which updates daily. If you contract in a currency other than USD, changes in prices may also be influenced by fluctuations in currency exchange rates.
