What happens if I deliver late or the pre-shipment sample (PSS) gets rejected?

Failing to fulfill a contract impacts your prepayment terms as follows:
Delayed Delivery: Gives Algrano the right to unilaterally cancel pending or future prepayment agreements and may adversely affect your eligibility for future prepayments.
PSS Rejection: PSS rejections rarely prevent a shipment. Typically, a rejection leads to a negotiated price discount while the coffee still gets shipped.
