What are the Minimum Future Receivables listed in the prepayment agreement?

Minimum Future Receivables correspond to a multiple of the Specified Amount. If the contract value of the shipment falls below the Minimum Future Receivables threshold due to e.g. cancellations of roasters, Algrano has the right to cancel the prepayment.
